Yes, this picture is a few weeks old. But this is what it looked like on Day 22! We have eaten 3 (I think?) salads from this lively little unit, and enjoying them immensely! The lettuce is SO tender, I was terribly afraid to even touch them, but I pinch them off, put them in the fridge for a few hours, and wha-la! Salad! They're very tender when we eat them as well, a little hard to get use to, but now we really like it! Tender and sweet, on their way to paying for themselves :-)
