One and a half out of three. I finished thank you cards, and made it most of the way through the cart cover. And took the evening off :-) and went to the church softball game to sit in the wind! I really enjoy playing, but the social time is fun as well- it's good to get in a year of sitting on the sidelines.
Thanks for your encouragement Rachael- I can't wait to hear when your little one arrives as well! 5 days before we win :-) It really takes the fun out when the date and time are set... Although it does help with motivation for procrastinators ;-) For what it's worth, I hope you win!!

2012 Canning list
- One batch raspberry jam- This was evidence of God's protection. I was in such a hurry that I mistakenly picked up to flip a jar whose lid was not secure, dumping a 1/2 pint of HOT raspberry jam all over my hand and arm. Thankfully, I endured a few hours of pain, but did not have near the burn I would expect from dumping sticky boilingness on myself.

Sounds like a fun night to me:) And your progress sounds good! I do hope I win too though---people are starting to get really nervous when I walk into a store or something-like the baby's going to fall out! (I wish;)

Ha Rachael! That is so funny- I know- they kept saying stuff like that to me at work the last two months- "don't call me, call 911" :-) And I get the same response, especially since I prefer to take my groceries out myself, but everyone seems to think I'm crazy not to have a bagger help me :-)
Joy- I just made a post with my birthday list on it, and then used the actual post address (for ONLY the post) and linked to it on the sidebar. Let me know if you need a better explanation-- I'm not very good with the proper terminology!
