It's so hard not to get depressed that Gabe had to cancel his suprise overnight plans for my birthday because the kids aren't well.
So so hard.

2012 Canning list
- One batch raspberry jam- This was evidence of God's protection. I was in such a hurry that I mistakenly picked up to flip a jar whose lid was not secure, dumping a 1/2 pint of HOT raspberry jam all over my hand and arm. Thankfully, I endured a few hours of pain, but did not have near the burn I would expect from dumping sticky boilingness on myself.

That sucks! Those kiddos need to get well!!! Happy Birthday even though you didn't get to go anywhere. Love you!
Isaac is doing a lot better. In recovery. He's actually yelling from his room this morning, which is much more "normal" than he's been for a while.
Kiera said her tummy hurt yesterday, but ate a full dinner and acted normal all day.
So basically, I'd say they're at 75%+.
