2012 Canning list
- One batch raspberry jam- This was evidence of God's protection. I was in such a hurry that I mistakenly picked up to flip a jar whose lid was not secure, dumping a 1/2 pint of HOT raspberry jam all over my hand and arm. Thankfully, I endured a few hours of pain, but did not have near the burn I would expect from dumping sticky boilingness on myself.

LOL-- his were clean! He actually surprised me with how well he did. He stayed on target until the very last one.. then he let the brush linger on...up...all the way to the thumb knuckle :)
