2012 Canning list
- One batch raspberry jam- This was evidence of God's protection. I was in such a hurry that I mistakenly picked up to flip a jar whose lid was not secure, dumping a 1/2 pint of HOT raspberry jam all over my hand and arm. Thankfully, I endured a few hours of pain, but did not have near the burn I would expect from dumping sticky boilingness on myself.

Yeah well, I really doubt that will happen with it being spring and everything!
I can barley get one book read in a years time,, but you have always been better at reading books than I have!! Go for Gold sis! :) hehe
