I think everyone would agree that one of our roles as parents is to teach our children the basics of life.

Kiera is picking up the frugal theme quite nicely.

Example: On Sundays, when I go to pick the girls up from my grandparents house, I normally raid their coupon/sale ad pile. Both girls now come running when I sit down on the couch with a stack of papers to sort through. They each grab their own and plop down next to me, doing their duty as my frugal heirs.

Another example? Kiera has taken upon herself the job of providing toilet paper whenever anyone has to go potty.
