A Side Note

I just wanted to publicly thank all of you for your private phone calls and emails regarding the discussion we've had-- and by all means, if there is something that I say that you question or doubt, please let me know! commenting or emailing-- it is by challenging each other in love that we grow! And I do respect those of you who don't want to cause a fight on someone else's blog, thank you for that ;-)
I will say though, that email is best, because then I can think things through more thoroughly before responding, and not be so distracted by my little distractions! :-)
if you need it, smittenkennels @ gmail. com (remove spaces ) or pyro926 @ verizon. net
Thanks!!!
Edited: I am sorry if I came across as accusing certain individuals as starting fights-- this is not what I meant. I meant that I appreciated the courtesy you showed me by asking permission-- I do not mean that anyone is fighting. A healthy discussion is vital to our growth and fellowship!

I agree that it is good to challenge each other. I also believe that it is good to focus on eternity; entertain others opinions and be open-minded while still consulting God’s words. Faith can be misplaced, and no man knows the mind of God, nor ever will know the complete plan. To discuss is good, to turn away thoughts is destructive and does not unify. We all have a little piece of God’s truth and to respect the views while having our own are key. King David had the heart of God…but did not know His mind. It is not knowledge that sets us free, it is what God has done for us. Knowledge, at least the knowledge of man, can be a wedge in spiritual growth and be a stumbling block.
I encourage all to know that views are individual to each of us, and when they don’t concern the ultimatum of our salvation, should be reviewed and considered and brought before God in our own lives. Continually pray, commune, and ask of God what He would have you see. A relationship with the all mighty is more powerful than anything we may think we fully understand.
