Appointment Update

Well, just one baby in there. (Whew! ;-)

Everything looks fine; he's not worried about my weird digestive issues; we have a picture of our little blob... And we got to see the heartbeat, but not hear it... Bummer! I was hoping for an early indicator of sex....

And the best part: He (dr) is totally supportive of doing most of my prenatal appts here, even if I am going to attempt a VBAC in Spokane. I know this isn't something I've talked a whole lot about here on the blog, but we are going to consider it. I've received many responses that were less than supportive, but we have been praying that if God opens the doors for us to go through with a VBAC, that is what we are going to do.

PS- Melia loves having a picture of the baby. "It's so tiny, isn't it Mama?"

Yea! I'm so glad to hear that everything looks good. I think it is totally awesome that you are going to try for a vbac if God opens that door. I was very happy I got to experience one each way. I personally enjoyed the recovery after my csection soooo much more than with Cameron's birth but still am thankful I got to experience both so hopefully things will work out for you guys. It really sucks that you would have to go to Spokane. (Makes it kinda hard for visitors =) )Is there a specific Dr. in Spokane that you would have to go visit prior? So then would you be induced in Spokane or would you attempt to wait until you go into labor to head over there? Anyway now that I've bombarded you with questions....We are so happy for you guys and I look forward to watching your belly grow. (I hope it's a boy!) Talk to you later.

Okay, you know I think it is awesome that you are going to attempt a vbac:) My question is how will you get there in time? We've thought about staying with someone in Seattle the last few weeks (if we went that route) but Spokane is so far. I am wondering the same thing as lynn...induction? Anyway, if you have a chance, let me know what you guys are thinking/planning at my reg. email or beansnrice@live.com. I am SO interested.

I am so happy for you. And excited. I know if God blesses us with another I will ask for a VBAC...I had three vaginal births before the emergency section so hopefully it will be ok.
I'll be praying God's will for you!!
HUGS!
